These terms govern your use of the FirstCall Recovery pilot, operated by Nocodeships. By joining the waitlist or using the service, you agree to them. If you have questions, email hello@firstcallrecovery.com.

What FirstCall Recovery is

FirstCall Recovery is an AI-powered WhatsApp receptionist for roadside operators in Malaysia and Singapore. It captures customer enquiries over WhatsApp, gathers the details that matter — plate, vehicle, location, and photos — and sends a clean handoff to the operator so they can approve, ask for more, or take over.

Pilot terms

• The pilot is free for the first 20 operators in Malaysia and Singapore.
• No setup fees during the pilot.
• You may cancel at any time.
• There are no service-level (SLA) guarantees during the pilot. This is pilot software, intended for testing and refinement, and may change or experience interruptions.

Your obligations

• You must be a legitimate roadside operator business.
• You must provide accurate business information.
• You must use the service in compliance with WhatsApp Business policies and all applicable local laws.

Disclaimer of warranties and liability

The pilot software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nocodeships is not liable for missed messages, delayed responses, or any business losses arising from your use of the pilot.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
