Privacy Policy

Last updated: 31 May 2026

This policy explains, in plain English, what information FirstCall Recovery (a product of Nocodeships) collects when you join our pilot waitlist, how we use it, and the choices you have. If anything here is unclear, email us at hello@firstcallrecovery.com.

What we collect

When you submit the waitlist form, we collect:

We also automatically record basic technical details with each submission — your IP address and browser user-agent — purely to detect spam and abuse.

How we use it

We use this information for one purpose: to contact you about the FirstCall Recovery pilot. That's it. We do not send marketing spam, and we do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their own marketing.

How we store it

Your submission is stored on a Railway persistent volume. All data is encrypted in transit over HTTPS between your device and our servers. Access to the stored data is limited to the FirstCall Recovery team.

Data retention

We keep your information until the pilot ends, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first. To request deletion, email hello@firstcallrecovery.com.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time. Just email hello@firstcallrecovery.com and we'll action your request.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads conversion tracking to measure how our marketing performs (for example, how many people who visit this site go on to join the waitlist). This data is used in aggregate and anonymized form for analytics — it is not used to identify you personally. You can block these cookies using your browser settings or a tracking-blocker extension.
